Sizing

- The Abena Abri Form is a very average fitting diaper in overall width and length measurements when compared to other brands. This makes it an easy transition from other briefs if you are considering switching. One unique measurement is the distance from the back of the brief to the top fastening tab. Out of all other brands tested this diaper had the smallest distance (measurement 'L' above) resulting in a very good and secure fit.

Construction

- The M4 adult briefs feature an outer plastic backed (poly) construction that is soft to the touch. There are two yellow wetness indicators that run the length of the brief that turn blue when wetness has been indicated. The brief features 4 sticky fastening tabs. Each tab has an additional tab built into it that allows a user to refasten the tab if the original placement was wrong. Since the brief is plastic backed the tabs can be placed anywhere on the brief allowing for maximum flexibility when fastening. The inner construction is very soft to the touch and features tall leg gathers that help stop leaks especially when sleeping on ones side. These diapers are noticeably very thick. Although they are thick they are not stiff like other brands when compared side by side.

Noise

- Since these diapers are plastic backed they do produce noise when a user is moving / walking and are not very discrete for this reason. In most cases you can hear them in a quiet room while walking.

Absorbency

- These briefs are one of the best performing incontinence products widely available on the market. This is due to both the thickness and the quality construction of the product. There may be other diapers on the market that can hold as much fluid but they usually fail when the fasteners tear from the weight and the brief falls apart.
