The Molicare Super Plus adult diapers are purpose built for someone who needs to wear incontinence products for extended periods of time. These briefs are much thicker on average than other brands tested and for that reason also absorb more than the average diaper. Although these diapers are thick each brief is very flexible and both the outer shell and inner lining is very soft to the touch. The outer construction features a purple poly (plastic outer shell) that does produce an audible noise while moving that may be noticeable in a quiet room. The wetness indicator for this brief is blue lettering that spells “Molicare Super 222222222 Plus” that fades away after the brief become wet and is located along the center of the brief. There are 4 sticky tabs that fasten the brief to the user. Each tab features two tapes that allow the user to refasten the brief if the first attempt was not positioned correctly. This diaper does feature leg gathers and is a great option for overnight use and for someone who sleeps on their side. The overall fit of the Molicare Super Plus is very good. It is a true medium sized diaper that is not slightly small or slightly large for a medium diaper when compared to other diapers in the medium size category. Overall this is an amazing product for someone who requires overnight performance from an incontinence product and its well worth the slightly higher price point.
