Today we are reviewing the Tranquility ATN adult diapers in size medium. Pictured above is the front of the bag that notes that this is an overnight adult brief that has a capacity of 27.5 ounces or 812 ml. Our testing shows that these briefs contain much more than advertised even under pressure! After four separate tests we found that on average this diaper held 132 ounces or 3903 ml under pressure without leaking. This is 4.8 times more absorbent then advertised. Realistically 132 ounces is more than double the daily amount that a person urinates per day according to the CDC. For this reason, someone using these briefs should never be able to reach the total capacity of these briefs before requiring a change.
