The picture above is of the front of the bag showing information about the quantity (only five per bag) and size information. The bags itself is quite small measuring only 5 x 6 x 4 inches. We reviewed size medium / large and found they were closer to American small / medium sizing when compared to other brands. The back of the bag advertises that these are good for 12 hours of use. Additionally, it describes the flexible nature of the diaper as well how it can be worn like normal underwear.
The picture below is of the right side of the bag and it has the UPC information 4903111351763. Additionally, it describes the three sizes these come in which are small 82-90 cm or 32-35 inches, size medium / large 87-100 cm or 34-39 inches, and finally extra-large 97-105 cm or 38-41 inches. Additional information on this side of the bag describe the composition of the brief which is primarily Polyester and polyethylene. The bag also has information on how to properly dispose once they are soiled. Finally, Unicharm underwear is made in Korea and there is manufacturer contact information printed on the side of the bag.
The pictured above shows the large perforations that run along the top of the bag. We found these easy to open and once open the bag kept the remaining briefs inside for easy storage. The picture below shows the bottom of the bag only containing product tracking information.
The Unicharm underwear, unlike most American brands are colored a light pink versus medical white. They feature a star pattern that the manufacture refers to as “celestial”. In one of the star’s you can see size information "ML" as well as brand information printed on the outer shell of the diaper. We like that these briefs have tear away sides for easy removal and feature an additional waistband lining that helps the underwear stay pulled up. One thing we felt was missing was an orientation marker. We found it difficult to determine which side was the front and which side was the back.
The picture above shows the inner absorbent liner. It features a padded design that helps slow leaks down before reaching the edge of the garment. In addition, there are standing leg gathers on each side that help stop leaks from escaping, especially when laying down on one’s side. Like other brands, these do not feature a wetness indicator and the outer design is purely cosmetic.
