Conclusion

Sizing – The Always Discreet Maximum Classic Cut Underwear is designed for users with waists ranging from 28 inches to 40 inches. I feel that the manufactures advertised sizing is true to the actual product. The stretchy material that wraps around a users waist is tight enough to comfortably hold the underwear up at the 28 inch waist and not overly tight fitting for someone with a 40 inch waist.
Construction – The Always brand underwear is composed of very stretchy and well conforming material that is very soft to the touch. This is branded as “360 degree FormFit” and holds the underwear in place very well. For the first time reviewing incontinence products I found that this underwear has a scent embedded in it. It is not over powering but it does have a “chemical” smell to it. I would not say it specifically has a scent I could identify e.g. floral for example. This scent was is intended to neutralize odors and does so well. The outside of the underwear has three different designs ranging from bowties to flowers that give the product a more feminine feel versus the typical medical white briefs that most manufacturers produce. The inner construction is very soft to the touch and features two sets of leg gathers that help stop leaks. The width of the absorbent material is much narrower when compared with other brands and for this reason is more comfortable especially between the legs. The thickness of the absorbent material is slightly thicker the average underwear but only by 2 millimeters.
Noise – The Always Discreet underwear is very quiet. It makes only a very slight ruffle noise when walking but under clothing this would not be noticeable even to the user.
Absorbency – This underwear is very absorbent on an inch by inch basis. Currently it is the most absorbent underwear tested in the front section of the brief when compared to other underwear. It also has excellent absorbency in the crotch and rear section.
Price – The Always Discreet Classic Cut Underwear is very affordable at a cost of 63 cents per brief. One can usually find these underwear even cheaper as they go on sale at major retailers and when the manufacturer produces coupons.
